Having just implemented the gf/cf diet for my four year old
autistic son, I found this booklet very helpful. Not being particularly 'medical minded', I found this book very comprehensive. It explained the theory behind dietary intervention with ASD children and gave helpful information about supplements, explaining about their blood chemistry, etc. I found it so easy to read I have passed it on to other parents of ASD children.
